CONMEN CONMEN BEWARE

I was on the verge of getting conned yesterday. I apparently helped a 'business man' secure his containers and a transaction of 5.3 million shillings and he decided to reward me once he made sure that his goods were safe and I had not messed up.

Morning comes, the guy calls and says thank you for not stealing from me and for not selling the information. He tells me he's got $1000 and he will send me $900. I said am fine and cool with it.
He then says he has sent the money via speed post and that the money is in a certain bank and that I should pay for the conversion fees.
I get a call from the bank and this guy who apparently works in the bank tells me that I need to pay him within 15 minutes.
Two hours later, I havent paid and they are like you need to collect your money immediately.
Later in the eveining, my new friend the business man calls and says that he is willing to help me get the money if only I give him a little cash to speed up the process. I say I got nothing and he hangs up on me and has not called since then. Hahaha.

My take, this was suppossed to be a gift, a token of appreciation, why should I pay to get a gift from anyone.

If you ever get a message that you have won something be careful when dealing with them. If they are like you should provide something in order to get your price money, be wary.

My PrAyEr ReAlLy?

I do not know how to pray that much
I do not know if I should sit or stand

Sometimes it's just hard to pray

I sometimes wonder why I am here

Shadow of Love

Shadows portray the other side of our lives.
Shadows don't show flaws
Everything in shadows in beautiful
A couple looks so serene from the shadow view
Nothing else should matter but the calmness in it
Just look at that love

Take a moment of your time and look at your shadow
How ugly does your face look like?
Is your hair that bad?
I bet it looks nice and all

Whenever you sit down and look down upon yourself as a loser and ugly, take a moment and look at your shadow. See that beauty in you. It doesn't matter what people think of you, it is how you view yourself.
Let your shadow be your mirror in life.

Cloud of Joy

A cloud in the sky is there to eliminate the monotony of the blueness of the sky. Let not your life be monotonous, try as much as possible to add in a cloud or two to spice up your life.

Lay away your pain by staring at the sky today, try and figure out the shapes that the clouds make and you will take your mind off things that clog your mind bringing you stress.

STOP THAT STRESS

A lot of we live a stressful life, question is why are you so stressed? A friend of mine once asked me, “Why stress yourself and one day you will die?” Crazy and stupid but there is a point there. Many of us are stressed with things that we do not have control over. The world is ending, why should I care? Stop living other people’s lives.

Ever heard of the guy who jumped out of the window when he had his daughter had had an accident? He wanted to rush and save her but he realized his office was at the seventh floor, he also remembered he didn’t have a daughter, he wasn’t even married. The name he had heard wasn’t even his. Luckily he fell on a lorry ferrying mattresses and lived. This guy was stressed up and was in his office thinking deeply.

For quite a while I lived my life always stressed that my girl was giving attention to her friends, who are guys, more attention than she was giving me. This has given me great pains for so long but I asked myself once, what if she was not talking to me? What if she didn’t love me? What if she decides to walk away right now? There are so many what ifs there.

Stay Calm

This made me realize that I was worried about something small while I was still getting the love I needed. The stress could have ruined me. Now I sit here thinking, ‘Why are people so stressed when they could just let go?’

Stop thinking too much and maybe your stress will subside. Stop with the ‘what ifs’. Look for new ways to do things and stop thinking of the past. ‘Tis all gone, you did what you did. Forge on forward and just let your heart rest. Live simple and according to your means.

For those who believe in prayer, let this be a call to pray. Pray every day and God will help you overcome stress.
